A unique fitness mash-up combining three back-to-back workouts, plus an endorphin-filled after party at Bailey's Saratoga. The best part is, the event raises money for charity! All proceeds & donations will benefit The Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center for rare cancer research & treatmemt. 

Workout #1: a 30 minute high energy bodyweight butt kicker, but hey, we're not sadists... you can do this! We will have H3RC members on hand to help intensify (for all you warriors) or modify (for those desiring something slightly less nuts). 

Workout #2: a 30 minute run, walk or crawl... do what you can, just don't stop! There will be a variety of different distances to cover, from (0.1 - 5 miles) ...choose wisely!

Workout #3: an ultra-relaxing yoga sesh that will cool you off & stretch you out before hitting up the bar & brunch buffet! Remeber... "Always stretch before tailgating"(TM)
